Absolutely nothing to do with the staff at the location or my treatment as a patient at this location. I had a pre-employment physical that I paid out of pocket for. Everything went fine. A month later, I get a bill for an additional $10.00. I called in and let them know I paid in full at the time of my appointment with no health insurance. The representative says no problem and tells me the ten dollars have been removed. Just got off the phone with Med Express because of the invoice I just received stating I owe ten dollars and it is seventy days late. Supposedly, it's taking care of this time. They said the same thing last time. It's not about ten bucks. It's about sneaky billing practices. They don't get to change their mind on how much something costs after providing care and then threaten to screw up my credit score by posting a late bill that I don't even owe. I will never use these people again.
