Took my mother there after she fell and split her head open. I left work, picked her up, drove to I-care, dropped mom back home and then went back to work. All in 2 1/2hrs. If that was Conemuagh I'd still be sitting there in the waiting room, Turning to ash.
Super friendly, professional, quick, but thorough. I couldn't be happier with my first experience. They knew she needed help and that i needed to get back to work and didn't waste time. From now on this WILL BE my FIRST call for anything medical.

I went to this place for first time this afternoon. I had fallen late night on New Years Eve and my back-left Lats fell on my tub edge.
Everybody I dealt with was pleasant, professional and sympathetic.

Do not go to this place AVOID it. For one the girls at the front desk are horrible to deal with, rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Also they dont answer there phones at the front desk and then you catch them on there phones while on the job texting people, on instagram etc very unprofessional (Front Desk Girls). The doctors their arent bad however note that they can diagnose you with something then they will want you to come back in to be re seen about same issue when all you need is your scripts to be sent in to the pharmacy so they can double dip on your health care insurance. Your better off going to medwell and I know there not the best however this place is worse.

Very kind and caring workers. I had a good experience there. I needed X-rays and they were done very quickly. Id definitely go back.
