Dominique didn't tell me that she was adding a premium handset protection on my add a line. And charged me $16.00 on top of my plan. She refused to cancel it after the fact. I wasn't expecting her to give me my money back, But we had a whole conversation about how I've been struggling and only needed the phone turned on. She said I had to wait 30 days to cancel. That's an absolute lie I hope she doesn't get credit for adding a service I did not ask for. I canceled the protection plan immediately. And I will wait for my proration, I better get a full $16 credit on my bill next month. I'm a former employee of metro I know how things really work. You can't force protection plans of consumers.

I called there where I bought my phone at the uptown plaza in Harrisburg and instead of answering my questions after I stated that I bought the phone there and who I bought the phone from the person hung up on me so I do not recommend you going there
