There was a fire in the hotel so I checked out and went to another hotel and was still charged an early checkout fee or something I had no control over

We had a great day but the 4 star is for the pool being too small and had a lot of chlorine. Rooms: The room was spacious and was very clean.

Room was extremely small. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Food was horrible. Breakfast room could not accommodate the number of people staying there.
