Room was extremely small. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Food was horrible. Breakfast room could not accommodate the number of people staying there.

They deliberately cut the water after the weekend so only their clients who come in on the weekend for sports are accomadated... it's one thing to jump the prices but this shouldn't even be legal...

I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express but this one was a major disappointment. The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke and somebody jammed air fresheners in the air unit to mask the smell. There was also curly tiny hair on the bathroom floor and shower floor was stained.
The hotel smelled musty and was very old and housekeeping was only by request. We changed rooms and the room was better but the shower in the new room was still dirty and the shower door parts were rusty.
The breakfast food was totally off and the omelette were completely stuck together and dry and crusty. We didnt eat them. The staff was friendly at the front desk and the hotel has a great restaurant next door so location is decent. The rest of the hotel was a disappointment and it was dingy and musty, definitely not the norm for a holiday in express but we will not be staying here again

My Exton family this place is a great place to be. I enjoy staying here I never got treated unfairly. Front desk is always there to help. The cleaning crew is amazing
