Hampton Inn Downingtown/Exton

I recent spent 3 different nights at this facility while on business. The rooms were nice and clean, linen and towels were nice. Two of the three beds very very comfortable, but one was not so, it felt like it was broken. As others have mentioned, the breakfast leaves much to be desired. The coffee was good and plentiful. The desk clerk on duty during the afternoons Mike has very pleasant and helpful a very positive experience and great for the hotel. My one major complaint, has the rooms along the street/road sides very quite noisy and loud, I believe it is a result of the windows , not being designed for the environment. I requested a room away from the streets.

Hotel it self was nice, but the breakfast was limited. They had cheese eggs every day and Im not a cheese eater so I was limited on what I could and could not eat.

I stayed at this hotel just for one night during my travel. I really liked the location. The room was well clean and organized. I thought everything was going great. However, I wasnt a huge fan of their complimentary breakfast menu in the morning. I dont eat pork products and really there was nothing except pork sausage and bacon. I understand its a complimentary breakfast but these days there are vast amount of people who dont eat pork and its not just because of their religious beliefs but also because of the scientific findings and health conditions as well. This, it wouldve been nice to offer an alternative option for those who need one. I travel a lot for work and in this day and age there are very few hotels dont offer alternative meal options for those whore in need. Otherwise, staff members were friendly and overall it was a decent experience except that one above mentioned downfall. Safety: I felt safe in the neighborhood while staying at this hotel.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not just me, many families who I was staying with agreed. The manager at the front does not deserve anyones money nor does the service. 0/10 stay somewhere else Rooms: Rooms were nice, only thing that was.
