I got a document notarized and then I shipped it overnight via USPS. The company that I sent it to notified me that it was not notarized correctly as the notary forgot to put a notary stamp on it (which is needed to make the document "official"). I returned the next day to ask if they could redo the notarization for free. Not only did they do that, but they also paid for the shipping at USPS to send the redo. Amazing customer service from Paulette. Thank you!!

Did a simple boat and trailer transfer woth new tag, paid 500 for the pair, cost $350 to transfer, something didn't seem at all right about that price. Will never be back

Went here to submit the application to change my name on my vehicle title. Spent about $87 for it only to be rejected by the state because they didnt inform us we needed the old title to submit it. Wasted a lot of time and money.
