    I went in to get help registering my trucks under my business name. I am clearly not an expert in the subject and of course if Im registering them they are going to be driven. The lady with black hair in there did nothing but yell at me and bark orders. And when she asked for my insurance I sent her the insurance the trucks were registered under. I did not know she was asking for insurance under the company which I literal went in to obtain with them. She talked to me like i had a part of brain missing from my skull and proceeded to tell me that she had already asked me this. I didnt like the way she talked to me at all so I told her to relax and that thats why I came to them to be guided on how to do this because clearly I DONT Work as a auto tags person and that why this business exists to HELP. Over all terrible costumer service experience. This is not the first time this happens either when I was younger and I would go in for other car related issues I always tried to avoid this woman because how insulting she is. The other negative comments on here are truly valid. Their costumer service is non existent.

    Very rude encounter today with staff and manager. I needed help and some customer assistance to figure out the best way to handle transferring my car to my son. Instead of explaining the best way to handle the transaction as my title is with my lender they continued to say they cant help me or explain what needs to happen. The manager asked me to leave which has never happened to me before. I will never do business with them again and nether should you.

She was nothing but patient and kind with you. We were all literally take aback by your quick turn of behavior and attitude. She NEVER raised her voice, not once to you. She repeated herself politely and professionally. As per our email conversation, you stated that you had many positive transactions here. We are all just trying to help you.

We had three different sets of customers in the office while you were here. All of them were embarrassed and appalled by your behavior. We explained both on the phone and in person (2 different staff members) exactly what needed to be done and you were too busy being angry to comprehend that we need a TITLE to do a TITLE TRANSFER. We know it wasn't what you wanted to hear, but you got exactly the answer you needed. You're not welcomed back.
