Terrible customer service and extremely rude. Make you feel like an idiot when you ask questions. Dog barking in the back so you have to shout, heaven for bid if you ask what they said. My moms hard of hearing, so between speaking through glass and an animal barking it was tough for her to hear. I forgot my insurance card, so we were asked to email it. Instead of letting us know that if you have yahoo you would have to send it to a different email they just say they didnt get it, only for us to try again. Lead with that next time, its not like its not one of the most widely used emails there is. I work in customer service and I get people have bad days but clearly by other reviews this isnt a one off, go anywhere else but here.

Cassie went above and beyond to help us. My wife is on oxygen and has trouble moving from the car to the office and back. Cassie came out to the car and conducted everything outside so my wife didn't have to lug the tank back and forth! She is the definition of excellent service and going the extra mile! Thank you Cassie...
