If I could give 0 stars I would!!! We were charged $60 for a title transfer and tags. After we signed everything he said â€œI donâ€™t have any tags to give you.â€ So we went elsewhere and picked up a tag today and were told he never transferred a thing, the $60 was for notary services only! He never once told us he wasnâ€™t transferring our title. Stanley was rude, ignorant, prejudice and acted like we were inconveniencing him by being there. He swore at us, raised his voice with us....he was very unprofessional. I would appreciate every customer I could get with the way things are with the epidemic. I would not advise anyone to go to him and I would not go to him again, even if he was the last notary in my area!!!
