        My daughter is moving in, this building is incredible and beautifully kept. Henry and Kayla are so very welcoming, efficient and responsive. Common areas are luxurious and always clean and smelling fresh. They have taken the time to answer my crazy questions and have toured us through three times. This is what I do for a living and I so highly recommend this community. Five stars.

        I have lived here for the past 8 months and I think it is a decent place to live, and could be great if the developer built the building properly. I'm a light sleeper and I live in a unit under a family with 2 huskies, they run around at odd hours of the day and night and it drives me crazy. I can feel the vibrations of everything going on upstairs, including late nights in the bedroom. I want to love living here but sleep is very important to me and I have tried everything I can to sleep peacefully to no avail. UPDATE 3/13/2024: Moved-out on 01/15/2024 and have yet to receive my security deposit refund. Community and apartment were nice, management too. Greystar Corporation are trying all of their tactics to get me to give up on receiving my security deposit back.
