Justin and the team at The Cynwyd work so hard and with so much care day in and day out at the community. No matter what issues or concerns arise they truly do care to do everything in their power to remedy them. I have enjoyed my time living here for three years now. Thanks for everything you do for the residents Justin!

The management team is horrible, however not all of them Amanda is cool, and Yolonda although I did have a moment with her. I also had to call the police due to feeling harassed. I would have continued my stay at the Cynwyd but unfortunately Justin, has made my stay uncomfortable, Justin isnt a nice person. Hes rude, lacks patience, and very combative at times. Often times I feel like Im being discriminated against. Justin shouldnt be in his position. The Cynwyd has taken me to court to times and lost, all this came after a complaint and a review I left about my experience. Justin has stated to me how hes not a racist and how he has friends who look just like me, all while still saying the only person who could have been watching my son in a game room was someone who looked like my son and I. Ive been harassed by Justin with frivolous papers plasters on my door about false information. Im also A Dv victim and all my personal information was put on the front of the entrance door with my very personal information for everyone to see. The Cynwyd has been robbed a few times sense Ive been a resident and management has failed to deal with it. They often have kept that information to themselves until residents started talking. The construction of the building is horrible you can hear everything and at times it sounds like your upstairs neighbors are going to come through the floor. Myself and my son have been treated poorly.we have been a resident sense July of 2022. The apartments are nice but for the headaches and anxiety this place has given me we are moving. Home should feel safe and peaceful. This isnt a friendly community!! Please dont be fooled by Justin although this is my personal experience with him as a Muslim black women this place dose not feel safe for me.

I have resided at the Cynwyd for the past two years, beginning my tenure when the building was newly constructed and not yet fully occupied. This was a period that predated the appointments of Amanda, Dana, or Justin as office managers, with Caroline serving in that capacity at the time. I share this to convey my extensive experience with the property, having observed numerous transitions, including management shifts and changes in ownership. Initially, the Cynwyd offered an exceptional living experience, a characteristic that, to a significant extent, remains true today. Nevertheless, my decision to relocate stems from issues related to the building's construction quality. A recent disturbance involves a new upstairs neighbor whose nocturnal activities and excessive noise disrupt my sleep, an occurrence at 4 a.m. that prompts questions about the structural soundness of the building or possibly the neighbor's disregard for others. It is worth noting that such disturbances were absent before this tenant's arrival, a point I state for the sake of transparency. Regarding the office staff, particularly Justin, while there are moments of frustration with his demeanor, the criticism he receives may be disproportionate. Despite occasional impatience, Justin performs his duties effectively, with notable responsiveness and professionalism. My constructive advice to him would be to exercise greater patience with the residents. As an African American resident, I can attest that I have not faced discrimination or felt marginalized due to my racial identity. Therefore, allegations of such nature in other reviews should be approached with skepticism, as they may be influenced by personal grievances. Challenges encountered during my stay include non-functional amenities, such as the clubhouse Wi-Fi ceasing operation six months into my residency. Moreover, the community was not promptly informed of two break-ins, a situation I brought to the management's attention, thereby prompting official communication. This lack of transparency predates Justin's tenure and occurred under different management. Accessibility to office staff has occasionally been problematic, complicating efforts to establish contact. Despite these issues, the primary factor influencing my decision to not renew my lease is the noise disturbance from the tenant above. Were it not for this, I might have considered extending my stay. I have since found a larger residence that promises a more peaceful living environment. Regarding the cost of living at the Cynwyd, it is imperative to acknowledge that luxury accommodations come at a premium. Potential residents are fully apprised of the expenses involved, and the decision to reside here should be made with an understanding of the financial commitment required.
