        I wish I could live here. The best place to live at in Philadelphia. Hands down. Went on a tour about a year ago. Been spellbound eversince.

        STAY AWAY and STAY AWARE FROM APARTMENT BREAK IN. There was break in happened to my neighbor next door, because the management never fixed the garage door and anyone can easily walk in. Someone called the police but management still never fixes that door there even after this happened. You can find the local news to verify it. Also they never let residents know a unit has been broke in. I requested early moved out because I was suffering with the crazy noise issue at first, but still I was waiting for the management to do something as they promised. They never did anything. Then this break in happened and I saw the two guys with bags walking away. I firmly insisted I need to end my lease early. They said they will have a meeting with me to talk about the best solution but they just disappeared. Then they still want to charge me over $3,000 for early move out. EXCUSE ME?! Youre awful

        I have lived here for 3 years. Great location and dog park. However the management company is not good. My apartment flooded 2 times. They made me move to a smaller unit for the same price on my dime. My windows cant open and they leak and ruined my carpet. Its been over 6 months with no resolution. They finally offered my 1000 dollars and its been 10 weeks and they still havent paid me. They do not monitor parking either so you pay for parking and often have to park in the street. They will not give you any credits off the rent and dont return calls. I spoke with Steve the VP of operations and even he didnt call me back or come up with any compensation or resolution. I have reached out to the president of Mack and she hasnt called me back either. They owe me money and I am going to have to take legal action to get it. Beware! Looks amazing and amenities look great but beware. After this post VP of operations called me back and the President of Mack followed up. Still cant get me my 1000 dollars and are trying to figure out monetary compensation. They are hiring a parking consultant I have been told.
