The apartments are beautiful, communication is excellent, and the monthly community events at the clubhouse are A+. Above all, over the last 6 months I've been most impressed with Marni B in the office. She's super professional, overly kind and understanding in all situations, and she deserves all the credit for The Commons success. Thanks, Marni!

Marni and Rita may want to make sure that prospective tenants have completely left the building before talking negatively about them. I made very clear that we wanted a first floor apartment so as to be considerate of noise that our kids would make being in an upstairs unit. I inquired on the tour if anything additional had been done during construction to help insulate/absorb noise. Just a simple question while we were looking at the apartment. After the tour completed and we were leaving the office, me and my youngest child went to the car and my wife waited outside the bathroom for our oldest son to come out. Im assuming that Marni and Rita thought that we had all left because my wife overheard Marni telling Rita that I didnt know what I wanted, couldnt make up my mind and they dont want us moving in and causing a bunch of noise complaints (even though I was clear about wanting a first floor unit for this reason) and mocking me for when I asked about noise insulation and one of the ladies said well move into a house then. Very disappointed that this would be said while a prospective tenant was still in the building.

LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Despite the attractive exterior, the management and customer service at these apartments leave much to be desired. Throughout the application process, we faced numerous communication breakdowns and conflicting requests, ultimately leading us to withdraw our application. Despite submitting the requested information, we were repeatedly told it was insufficient for them and made to feel guilty for not meeting unspecified criteria even after application approval. Rachel (manager), there's a pressing need for improvement in your interactions with potential tenants, focusing on communication, clarity and staff training. Marni, your forced congeniality and excessive phone calls are very off-putting. Applying here entails enduring insurmountable obstacles, relentless pressure, and disorganization. A resolute 10/10, do not recommend. Do your research & do not do business with Tandem Property Management.

These apartments are a dream. Spacious bathroom, huge quartz countertop, tile backsplash, all vinyl wood flooring, floor to ceiling windows, tall ceilings, gorgeous design and floorplan. Tyler, Marni, Rachel, and Zach, in the leasing office, are all super helpful, positive, and quick to respond to any questions or issues I have. I'm still pinching myself. I'm not dreaming this heaven, right?
