For me and my family it was the best choice to come live here, it is a very quiet place and the apartments are in good condition

This apartment complex is a joke. Lived there for 7 months and had my dogs for the first 3 months. While living there we spotted spots on the carpet that leads to the balcony. Let management know and she checked. Took pictures and even used a blue light to confirm it wasnt urine. Was told within 2 weeks I would get a call to get carpet cleaned as well as fix the laminate that was damaged. Never received a call nor reassurance that they were working on it. Moved out and on my move out checklist they charged me for the carpet stains which are from the balcony leaking through the carpet. Plus all the prior stains on the walls, closets and doors from the previous tenants that left their graffiti. Was told only 2 cars minimum which we abided and had to sell our third car. Come to see there are tenants who have up to 3,4 even 5 cars. None have the required parking sticker. Parking is super limited with their rule of visitors parking only good for 24 hours. Cars parked there for more than a month and nothing happened. Smoking was just as bad. The bottom tenant smoked weed at all hours of the day. She literally smoked outside of her door. I had to keep my windows closed because the smell was so bad. Dogs pooped all over and tenants wouldnt clean up after them. Trash all over the trash bins and recycling cans. Both pools only worked for part of the summer. Then they were closed. Sprinklers were leaking all over and we had to pay for the waste in water. This complex needs to work on their employees. Maintenance and management. Its the affordable around but with a huge headache.
