Rent is too high for quality of apartments. Pool is gross, no AC, not updated, dog poop everywhere. Maintenance people are super nice and awesome and do a great job. The owners are terrible though

The floor plans are wonderful. It has really never felt like an apartment to me. Maintenance is very good, it is always clean. Service requests are done asap and with satisfaction.

No customer service. Garbage overflows every week. Did I mention that there is a train that goes by at all hours of the night, it rattles every thing!

Great location, great neighbors everyone is pretty friendly and quiet for the most part. This area feels pretty safe in comparison to other towns nearby. Apartment appliances are modern and smart system is nice to have. Having a washer and dryer in the apt is essential and glad they provide them. Gym is small but all the essentials are there needed to work out. The property outside is kept pretty clean. One pool only opens in the summer at least for years now from what Ive heard so its kind of sad it tends to get packed. Playground is enclosed so if you have kids they can safely use it. Basketball courts are a nice as well. Lighting could be better some lights are out on sides of buildings or non existent. Dog friendly just wish everyone would adhere to having them on a leash Ive been surprised a few times walking my dog and a dog just runs up to me -luckily theyve been friendly encounters. The dog park area is not usable its is filled with dog feces weve never used it its disgusting we gave up months ago going to see if it was cleaned and its not someone lets their dog go poop in there. The horrible thing that weve dealt with is mold on our bedroom windows sills, living room huge window, patio door slide area and toilet behind commode area mold its a constant chore to clean because condensation is horrible in our apt . When I brought it up months ago (it started dropping into the 40s) I was told to go back and look at the mold addendum to know how to take care of it and its been a constant daily chore all winter looking forward to the warmer weather so it will stay away. Everyones friendly and maintenance does a great job fixing things right away when you submit a ticket usually same day or next day: manager is awesome too she answers via text pretty much same day unless its after hours.
