Extremely difficult to navigate this area of department complex even with GPS.

The leasing office to this apartment complex is the worst group of incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I have recent dealing with a paperwork issue with members of the leasing office and all I get are lies, apathy, and the run around. Foe whatever reason if they send an email you can't reply back. I have tried on multiple occasions replying to a message from the office only to receive a daemon error message informing me that their email service does not allow replies. I have tried to use their resident website portal messaging and they claim they didn't receive my messages. Lastly I tried using a email address that the office lackey said was the general office email address. Well guess what that didn't work either. Once again they claimed "we didn't receive it". I have no idea what the property leasing personnel are doing in their office, but it is clearly not doing their job correctly or competently. I would strongly warn anyone who even remotely considered this apartment complex to look elsewhere. Unless you enjoy dealing with the equivalent of the Three Stooges.

When we moved in it was nice. However it has been getting progressively worse. Doors missing seals, cracked seals, top level of our townhouse has an uneven floor outside the master bedroom. Didnt notice the mold groaning around the windows in our bathroom until the day we moved in. Neighbors smoking weed right outside our unit. Literally just saw two people smoking weed right under my stepsons room. When we moved in we were told that management was going to crackdown on parking. Well that was a lie. Found a guy sleeping in his car outside our front door one day, and he didnt have a parking sticker in his windshield, theres been multiple vehicles parked outside our front door for days on end with no sticker indicating that theyre tenants either. Pet owners let their dogs poop anywhere where they want and dont care to clean it up. Kids throwing rocks around cars, and screaming for no reason. Avoid this place until they drop their rates or crackdown on this place.

Gotta love this complex! Parking is so bad people park in fire-lanes and handicap spaces 24/7 because the complex is obsessed with reserving any open space they see so I dont blame them (been on a waiting list for one since Aug). Wouldnt be so bad if they had adequate free spaces like any other complex but you end up having to walk from the other side of the complex most days. Areas are poorly maintained and nothing is enforced as it should be, they seem to let tenets do whatever unless reported my multiple other tenets. Also love they cant even get inspection dates right for units forcing people to accommodate for it 2 days in a row. Looking forward to moving somewhere else.
