      image Rented a tool and planned to use it right before returning it back, come to find out the hose was ripped so it was useless. Went to return and they BLAMED ME for not speaking up sooner, I wouldve assumed they QC their tools before renting them out? I guess common sense isnt so common. Didnt get a refund or accommodation for it, and those old dudes working there are rude and incompetent
