        Went into this location was ignored by the two employees working behind the counter one with a customer, and one not assisting anyone wasnt even acknowledged but he had the time to check his phone and then walked out the door even after seeing I had been standing there (for 15 minutes and never received help). Took my money elsewhere and received great customer service at a non U-Haul location.

        Quick and convenient. Staff were good during pick-up and drop off however, during pick-up one of their vans smelt awful and really should've had more time to air out. Would've been 5 stars had that not been the case.
