I came to rent a trailer for moving a couch. We ended up not having the correct hitch and the lady that works there let us borrow her personal one and then also loaned us some rope for straps. She was so helpful and amazing customer service skills I highly recommend this place!!!!

Nikki is amazing! Personable, professional, efficient, and compassionate; as rough and frustrating as moving can be, she made our transaction smooth and pleasant pleasurable, truthfully. A wonderful young lady, and a consummate professional. Extra bonus: a dog lover with some wonderful pups!

I highly recommend this location for your U-Haul needs. Nikki and her husband went out of their ways to make sure my experience of renting a truck and trailer for a cross-country move was as easy as possible. Minor problems were resolved quickly and effortlessly with no extra stress added to the situation whatsoever. Once again, I highly recommend this location for your U-haul needs.

Not only were they amazing, efficient, helpful, polite, kind, very good at their jobs... they had the cutest boxer dogs!!! If you need a uhaul, go to this store! They are perfect!!!
