U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I reserved a trailer a month ago to move hundreds of miles away. Day before I’m supposed to pick up the trailer they call me to tell me none is available even though my reservation was guaranteed. Horrible horrible place to do business with. I’m now scrambling on my last day to try to figure out how to move.

Worker was not trained to use the system. He called the manager, that said: tell the lady to go to another location, I dont have a computer in front of me & ended their conversation. I called uhaul directly, to help the clerk with they system. An hour into this process, the agent on the phone transfers the clerk. Just to be told they can't not help him. I felt so bad for the employee working I just left, no truck, an hour wasted... lost money on day care, the delay in picking up my items and on missing a half days work. I am very disappointed and do to the compassion I have for the worker... I give this place ONE STAR!

So i popped in here because im atttempting to rent a van to move. Im working with dhs in order cover the cost. The guy working was nice and got the quote quickly and he was friendly in the process. Too bad it wouldnt work because the details we hand written so now i have to go back to u haul and get another quote thats typed not written by hand
