        I left the spa feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and with a sense of well-being. The positive vibes and excellent service I received were truly remarkable. This spa has definitely won me over, and I will undoubtedly be returning whenever I need a pampering session or some self-care time. If you're in Portland and looking for a spa that offers a perfect blend of great location, tranquil ambiance, and exceptional service, I highly recommend giving this place a visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

        Whomever operates the number of this establishment has chosen to give and give unsolicited advice and harassment from a Craigslist ad I posted trying to rehome a dog. Would definitely not recommend their services.

        As a first time client, I used their online website scheduler for a nail appointment 3 weeks in advance, and it was cancelled two days later without an explanation. Since I am not sure why it was cancelled, I don't plan to rebook.

      Kathyrn, I apologize for not responding to your post sooner. I didn't have access to posts and couldn't figure out how to respond. I'm sorry your appointment was cancelled without that being your intent. The appointment was declined on your end. I should have checked with you to verify that was done on purpose, but it happens with new clients who have a conflict or just change their mind. It has a red mark on it, but stays on my calendar until I remove it. I would never initiate removal of an appointment without contacting the person first.
