I'm deducting a star because of a bad experience with booking--I made my appointment online and was surprised to get an e-mail later saying it had been rescheduled to a later time. When I called, I was told that the online system isn't always up to date and the appointment I booked wasn't actually available, so they had to move me to another time. I don't mind changing my appointment, but do mind that I wasn't notified and asked to work with them to reschedule so the new appointment could be convenient for me. That said, when I got there the service was easily five stars. I had a great experience with Colin and appreciated his positive, nonjudgmental approach. I left with a greater understanding of the causes of my pain, and a better idea of how to invest in my own well-being.
