Windows are papered up and the doors were locked during their posted open hours. This place must be shuttering but lulu corporate hasnt bothered to let anyone know.

A very limited parking closed quarters location... But it's Columbia factory store and it's still high priced

If you have a reason to be at the PDX for any reason, go to this store! Eat at Elephants Deli and a few other places. Try on clothes! They are so nice!
