        Ordered 3 pairs of shoes and paid for expedited shipping. Only 2 pairs arrived and the 3rd pair is still missing after a week. No one can tell me when Ill get it or a give me a straight answer. The lady at the Portland store was super unhelpful over the phone and hung up on me when I asked about a refund for my shipping cost on the item I never got. I am done buying this brand since they dont care about customer service.
