        UPDATED: I'm changing my review after follow up with Jeremy. Jeremy reached out to me today and it turns out, Fidelity National Home Warranty, is the problem in this situation. Jeremy gave an honest assessment of my air conditioner and made a reasonable recommendation to Fidelity. Unfortunately, Fidelity has not been honest and are making an unfair and unreasonable decision that is contrary to the recommendation. Jeremy has gone out of his way to help me resolve this situation. SUPER disappointed. This company (Jeremy) told my home warranty company that a "flood" caused the damage to my 25 year old air conditioner. There was no flood....just 25 years of being in the Oregon rain. Do not trust this company....you have lots of choices...choose someone that will do right by you..
