I moved here not long ago and had a prescription transferred over from my town 6 hours away. This prescription is as needed but leaves me in incredible pain without it. I called 2 days in a row before closing and used the automated system to see if my prescription was in but the system told me it wasnt yet. Both google and the voice message told me it was open over the weekend which happened to be when I needed it the most. I left a message on Sunday to see why it hadn't been filled. When someone did pick up I heard laughing and talking in the background and then an immediate disconnect. I called the pharmacy again on Mon. to hear that this location had been closed on weekends since Nov. 2021. They were able to fill the prescription within a few hours and could only guess that the front of the store had picked up for a moment. The pharmacy was great but it takes so little effort to do something as simple as letting your customers know when you are available. Fix your automated message and your hours.

These folks are amazing! I live across town and have a Riteaid and Fred Myer pharmacy in walking distance. I go to this Riteaid because it is the best!

Thumbs-up. Best they can do with regard to the location it is set. Afraid it may not make it due to the city politics.

Honestly one of my favorite locations, the pharmacists here are the best in downtown! Plus they have self check out.
