        I worked with Rachel Simmons (who works out of 2688 NW Vaughn branch) to open a HELOC. She is great, I would give her 100 stars if I could. She is an amazing and effective communicator, fast responder, hard worker, and was able to get us from application to funding our HELOC in about two weeks. We were in a pinch and needed some money to replace our heating and AC. Rachel really came through securing us the money to move forward with our project. We were able to get our furnace/ac fixed before it got hot and all the HVAC companies got super busy. Everyone we worked with at the branch was amazing, but we mostly worked with Rachel. We will be looking to move all our accounts to Onpoint soon.

        Staff are friendly and have been accommodating to changing bills for quarters when I don't have an account at this specific credit union. The cash-deposit ATMs are in a great location for the neighborhood.
