        Cant actually use this bank location due to absolutely no parking. Save yourself a trip and go to the one on Sandy.

        Terrible experience! Intended to open a savings account for a considerable amount. From the moment I walked in I was treated with suspicion and felt unwelcome. Terse service, screening forms to fill out manually, questioned on every detail, copies of multiple forms of 'acceptable' ID, onerous requirements for property/ residence statements , credit reports (which I keep locked). After 20+ minutes of grilling, I left and ask them to delete my data. I encourage anyone to give some other institution your business and resources.

      Hi Lindsey, we understand your frustration and appreciate you talking up our Sandy location! We opened this Slabtown NW location in 2015 to expand our services to Portland’s westside. Since opening, the Slabtown neighborhood has experienced a boom in new development, making the parking very tricky for businesses along NW 21st Ave. Though many members who visit that branch either live or work nearby and have the option to walk to the branch, we know that for others, parking is a necessity. We have tried for years to secure reserved street parking for CCCU members and have been unsuccessful. We continue to look for opportunities to improve parking at this branch and thank you for your feedback.
