        I received a voicemail the morning of my reservation saying there were no cars available. I understand how this can happen from time to time but they didnt offer me a single option for a different car, pickup location, or pickup time. Employee brushed me off when I called back to ask about it. After being told there were no cars available, I still received a no-show fee on my credit card.

        Been here sitting for 30min waiting on help to pick up my booked vehicle just to find out they dont have any vehicles ready or cleaned yet. Bad customer service, especially having only one attendant for most of my wait. Not the way to treat anyone, especially Gold members. Do Better! Update, car was never ready after 45min wait. Had to pay for another Lyft so I wasnt any later to my meetings today. Worst experience with Hertz Ive ever had over my 20yrs of rental history!! Never again!! Avoid this location at all cost!!
