Flew into Troutdale for a business meeting. Parked the company plane at Gorge Winds Aviation, with a rental car prearranged. They were great to deal with and offered their FBO car if needed. Great staff, super friendly and helpful.

I did my multi-engine addon here in the C310R. Delcy was a great mentor and led me to success on my first checkride attempt! Followed by plenty of time spent flying, $100 hamburgers, and more. I cant recommend GWA more.

If you want get flight training , here is where you should go . Reasonable price , Professional , skilled flight instructor. With Delcys leadership. You cant find another flight school can be better than Gorge Winds around Portland.

Treats paying clients poorly at will. I dont know what aviation training is like here but I will say the rental process has been borderline scam like with rules and standards that are inconsistent, constantly changing, and ultimately costly to the pilots renting here.
