Hertz Car Rental - Roberts Field Airport Hle

I had an excellent experience with Hertz at the Redmond airport. Check-in was super efficient and the agent was very friendly. Most importantly, I dropped off my rental car at 4:30am (well before the desk was staffed) and left my cell phone in the locked car, which I realized after I had already dropped the keys in the box. I left a note with my travel companion's phone number, and by the time our flight landed I had a message from the manager saying he had retrieved my phone and would overnight it to me (at only the cost of their discounted shipping). Really excellent, friendly service!

After a slow wait for agent to get back to the office, it was a fast easy check in. The office was there at airport with the rental cars right across in the parking lot. Just a little walk and down the aisle and our car was ready for pickup. We're used to driving full sized and SUV cars. Now, right there in space 9 sits a compact car. It was a new car that was painted a bright green. Perfect for finding it in a parking lot for sure. Good thing we will be driving to a few places to stay while drink up the coast and into Canada. I was visiting my hometown and booked a car last minute, and came up to the counter Ethan had helped me I can genuinely say this was the best car rental experience ive had, and he had me in and out in less then 3 minutes i love this town because of people like ethan, ill only book here whenever im town because of my experience

James was an absolute Rockstar! I appreciate how respectful and patient he was with me, instead of just brushing off my concerns as if they were nothing. And then when I ended up having to come back again, he was able to fix my problem and get me in to a safer ride for the long trip my daughter and I have ahead of us. It really meant a lot to have your patience and understanding during our interactions today. A truly awesome human who has a lucky girlfriend. Keep being awesome! ^_^
