        My cousin and I walked into this US Bank branch on a very busy Monday morning, without an appointment, to make some complicated changes to my stepmother's trust accounts that we use to maintain her finances while she's in memory-care nursing. Rachelle, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to make the changes we needed. She sat us down with a very nice young fellow named Junior, who was also extremely helpful and spent about two hours with us to make the changes we needed. When I went to write this review, I was surprised at some of the negative comments, as that was nothing remotely like our experience at this branch. I think these days, everyone is short-staffed, so customers misinterpret employees trying to be speedy and efficient with poor customer service. That's my guess anyway, for what it's worth. Happy banking!

        Honestly I am not much of one to write reviews about anything but the blatant disrespect of I believe the woman is Rachell was horrible, just because of my race and how I look she always falsely accuses me and my mother or wrong doing. I just cant stand for this, I just dont know what she has against me and my mother. We will stop using this branch permanently and would recommend for us bank to relieve her of her position. Thanks for your consideration
