        The bank has the worst security guard. Tried to get me towed when I was trying to become a member there

        It appears chase do not pay attention to people reviews, Same old practices of the staff of this branch, Bad customer service, rude stuff. Can you imagine if its rotten on the top, what bottom would be, the Manager of this branch has no customer service ethics, so what can you expect from the rest of the workers.

        Rude stuff, specially Jose the teller, nonprofessional, nit appears he is working in head shop, not even professionally dress, Jemie the manager needs more training, he never greets the customer, just at them and walk away. Worst experience i ever had, do not to go this branch.
