I spoke with Kiana and Patricia regarding the financial services they offered. Both were friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to explain to me all of my options so that I have the information I need to make a wise decision. Thank you, you folks exceeded my expectations!!

Called customer service and received no help. Called gateway branch and still no help. Then I called Woodstock branch. I received great customer service and they took care of the situation almost instantly. I talked to Patricia and I couldnt be happier for what she did to fix the problem and she was very understanding of everything I said. I will make the Woodstock branch my new preferred location based off the help I received and the fact that Patricia gave the best customer service experience Ive received in multiple years. Thanks again and from the way I see things, Patricia deserves a raise and then some! :)

Opened a kids account for my daughter. They closed it due to "6 months of inactivity." After several months my daughter still hasn't gotten her money. Quite the learning experience, Key Bank. Not sure it's the lesson corporate had in mind.
