Wells Fargo Bank

Hey Wells Fargo this location doesnt seem very inclusive to the local community. I was in on a busy Friday afternoon payday as some call it, and a Spanish speaking person was trying to communicate and the teller (super nice person) didnt understand a single word pertaining specifically to money in Spanish. I had to translate for him (which I would do for any Spanish speaker to help THEM) and I am a CUSTOMER. Which I would assume is WELLS FARGOs RESPONSIBILITY to make sure they can cater to the WHOLE community. Train your employees to understand money and banking phrases in Spanish or other languages spoken in the community. It is 2022 get it together The floor manager did thank me for facilitating but that is far from the point.

ATM is blocked off with plywood. Since today is a bank holiday, that means I can't withdraw money from my own bank.

All I wanted to do was use the atm outside, it was absolutely disgusting! Yea I know Hawthorne is a busy street, but it really had not been cleaned in ?????

The ATMs and the windows are boarded up with plywood. Pretty sure this branch is permanently closed now.

Ive been going to this location for over a year now, recently visited because my card wasnt working. (Not all places will take the chip) the teller didnt take the TIME to actually understand what I was needing, she tried to tell me my card was working fine (along with other issues) and because of this I wanted to close my account. After a branch personnel contacted me SHE too didnt care or ask why Id like to close my account. Honestly, I wont recommend anyone to bank with Wells Fargo, customer care isnt their priority. If you go in asking or needing help you wont get it (even when there holing your money). Once I open a bank account somewhere else Ill definitely close this account.
