I visited this Bank of America location for the first time recently to update my last name after getting married. The staff went above and beyond to get it taken care of even though I didnt have an appointment and it was around closing time. Highly recommend

My experience with this branch wasnt that great. I called to see if someone could see me without and appt, I was told they could and to come in. I come in and the person who i talked to over the phone, tell the teller that he had me come in to make an appt. He couldnt tell me that over the phone. I was annoyed and no, I didnt make an appt with this branch. I rather go to a different branch who wont make me drive all the way just to tell me I needed an appt, instead of telling me over the phone and actually able to help me set it up. The teller was great but the advisor left a lot to be desired.

Whatever youre paying Karan, pay him double. I work in hospitality and I know how difficult it is to simultaneously manage a coworker and take care of customers. He did both flawlessly with a professional demeanor. Great experience with him!
