Chase Bank

I came in here to cash a check wanting cash back as well and thats some thing thats never been an issue, but the teller, TONY, was not only having an attitude if I simply spoke, he didnt explain anything to me and deposited the entire check (even after hearing me say I only want to deposit 500) and then told me since my account was in the negative he had to deposit all of it and I do not have access to it until tomorrow. If he wouldve explained that to me prior, I would have just transferred money before cashing the check. I had no idea it was in the negative as it is not my primary account so I do not check it as often. Seemed very shady and unprofessional, even aside from his terrible attitude.

If you go inside here and ask em why you couldn't use the ATM over the weekend they'll tell you it's only available between 8 and 8. Why they can't put a sign on the door that says this is beyond me. You'd think they could afford it. And while we're at it you think they could afford to pay someone to clean up all the trash in the parking lot and the surrounding area. Looks like sh1t. Thanks for very little.

I always have a great experience at this Chase branch. I was just helped by Bobbi, who is so helpful, friendly, and efficient. She helped me with several transactions and I was in and out with what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Bobbi!

Terrible costumer service and they hire fake security guards that just stand in your way at the entrance. At least hire someone of has been trained and has an official uniform. What a joke!
