        Looks like a decent enough staff but when theres a line they arent really that concerned with their level of service. Never encountered this at my more visited branch.

        I went in to fill in a required document that needed to be added by the branch to my account. The teller I worked with did not submit it and my account has been shut down as a result. Deeply disappointed and angered by this totally unprofessional behavior.
