The women who worked here couldn't have been more rude or stuck up. I had a few questions, and I didn't understand what they were saying and they treated me terribly. Will not be going to this branch again.

I've been with bank of America over 25 years. Loyal and true. Now you are losing me. You have hurt me in every way possible. Financially is the least. You've humiliated me. Disregarded my wishes, withheld my money, took away my freedom, choices, dignity and respect. Embarrassed me in frover nt of my children, robbed my grandaughter of her 1st bday, left my daughter with no gas in the middle of the night all with the knowledge that you were doing it and me begging you not to. Offering money now andfire ni right ti use my money ever again fir anything. everya but you still with no regard to the snowball of irreversible travesty especially you continue and then don't even close my account when you have no right to hold my money hostage you hno right. To 3ver use my money EVER AGAIN FOR ANYTHING! !! GOT IT???
