Ive been doing business deposits here for 2 years and I was told that my deposits were off so I had to recount it in front of them and to show them that it is not off they then helped the next person in line even though it was my turn red head is training and the blonde running the show is the one whom was rude and told me I had to wait a few minutes while she helped others in line. First come first serve is not what I experienced. Person said her name was Alicia the count was correct she made it way harder than it needed to be. I will not be coming back to this location and encourage everyone else to stay away dont trust her with your money.
Update: took my deposit to the location on MLK Blvd and they were able to do it with no issues, No attitude, No Stupidity
Because my deposit was correct
I feel bad for the red head in training because her trainer is clearly not qualified for this job
Update again, its been 3 days and not a word from upper management
