    This is the worst customer service branch of all banks I have had accounts in the last 25 years. I closed my account yesterday after 4 years. Here are a few pointers to read ( to avoid this bank/branch): 1. I visited this branch in Nov'22 and gave all SSN and other details of a minor to get Debit Card . Contacted after 3 weeks to enquire why I didn't receive. I was told by manager that minor are not allowed to get debit card . He also told that you never visited the branch and talked to anyone in this context. I don't know if they just kept minor SSN and other details . I see fraud risk . 2. Key bank charges for paper statements ( forced to move to online version as free option) 3. Even minor account under my account, Key bank started to start $5 every month as a fee for minor ( due to lack of transactions in minor's account without disclosing upfront during account opening).

    Talk about going the extra mile - even though Marshall was transferred to the Sunset branch, and my account was at the Tanasbourne branch, he helped me greatly when an unauthorized charge subjected me to an overdraft status. It was an aggravating mess and the new manager had not yet arrived at my own branch. Once Marshall verified what happened, he immediately corrected the problem and restored my account to a positive status. What a pleasure to do business with people this helpful! Thank you, Marshall!
