Best. Bank. Ever! I walked in here thinking it was a restaurant But I never left after I found out they serve cash salads 1 crisp 100$ bill here will get you 100 1$ bills layered with your choice of Balsamic or Ranch Dressing! - definitely worth the inflation! 5* (In all seriousness this bank treats you like family and they WILL take good care of you!)

Archaic. Can't set up direct wire to my account at an investment bank because 2 people at BankoW already have that bank set up! I can't wire fund to like Fidelity because 2 BankoWest customer also use Fidelity. Crazy

With the difficult times we are all in, youd expect financial help from a bank that you had used exclusively for the last 30 years - but that didnt happen with my business and Bank of the West of Oregon City. No sense of loyalty whatsoever. Just go away and dont expect to even be allowed to make a Payroll Protection Program application. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere.

Always friendly. They greet you by name when you walk in. I feel valued when I come into the branch and that goes a long way in today's world of automation. Their staff is top notch!
