I love this branch, especially the Manager Ryan. He is knowledgeable and gets your business done quickly.

I give this 2 stars because I think the US Bank app and online banking is great. However, the branch in Newberg has employees that are not trained enough to handle business. It took two meetings and over 3 hours to just set up a business money market account, even though I already have business accounts with them. They could not answer many of my questions. "I think so" answers did not give me any confidence in this branch.

This bank will shut down your bank cards with no warning and no reason. If you want access to your money or don't want to be embarrassed at a checkout counter, stay far away from us bank. Customer service will yell at you and talk over you while you are trying to get card working again. If you need access to your money, stay far away. Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. No one can help you and they won't even try. They don't listen to concerns, just talk over and yell at you.The tellers and local management don't knowl how to do their jobs and they are allergic to learning. Most rude tellers I have ever encountered. They can't help you, they don't know how, they don't want to. If I could give negative stars I would. Bank borders on fraud. Negative 1000 stars!!!
