    A once great customer experience bank in Newberg. Not any more. Try getting any help over the phone, though. All I was inquiring about today was coming in and signing a "Payable on Death" form for next of kin. Simple deal. Instead, I get one of their 20 something yr old "professionals" who can't even grip what I need. I explained it over & over. Then, her pc was running slow. Claimed they couldnt give me a copy of what im signing!!! Then, at 4:25 pm, after I'd been on the line w her going over this for 8 min, she says they can't help me today. Right. They close at 6 pm. Real customer support. What happened to Key Bank & their helping us?

    Went to get help today, the lady at the desk next to the front door with black hair was Unwelcoming, rude, didn't want to help. That place is just as bad inside as it looks outside.I recommend everyone take their business elsewhere.

    Made an appointment online and when I showed up, was told there was no one available to help me. They didn't even know an appointment was made, as "they don't get notified". Glad I found out early so I can take my business somewhere worthwhile.

    My 62 year old mother and 91 year old grandmother have been banking here for over a decade. They are both disabled, my grandmother in a wheelchair and on oxygen while my mom has dedicated her life (24/7) to caring for my grandmother. Not only did no one acknowledge any of us as we entered and waited 20 minutes to make adjustments to our joint lockbox, when Andrew finally ambled over he did so rudely. I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 because eventually we had the simple change made and that is all. Andrew was offensive in demeanor and conversation. He sighed and huffed and complained about everything from his personal life to fellow customers the entire time. He made disgusting remarks about disabled people and people on social security over and over again as well as calling disabled customers "the shuffling dead" while referring to others as "stupid." He never once asked if any of us had questions or thanked us for our patience as other employees simply ignored us and ambled about. I was appalled by the entire experience and my poor people-pleasing family kept attempting to make HIM feel better about all the inappropriate things he complained about. We'll likely close our account and tell others to bank anywhere but there.
