      image Found rodent poop in our bedsheets. Clearly wasn't cleaned.
      Update:
      The new room they put us in had ants in the sink. This bed is from room 23 & the sink + ants are from room 25.
      Update update: I have the video of staff admitting they put me in a room with mouse poop on the bed. You should have made this right when I was there instead of denying these claims after I paid.

We do see the pictures that are included in your review are not from our property. We would appreciate that all issues that are experienced at our property are from our property and not another location. We also do preventative maintenance with Terminix every month for all pest issues. But staff can also be informed if there is still an issue and can be handled promptly to resolve the manner.We also offered you a full 1 night refund to your 2 night stay with us which you accepted and thus had an early check out at midnight. Our staff also had stated to you about your 2 pets which one of them was not registered and then was snuck into the room.We apologize for the experience you had at our property, as we attempted to accommodate as best to our ability. We do appreciate your feedback.

      image AC/Heater sounds like a WWII helicopter returning fire. Unbelieveable. They charged for this?
      Noteworthy details: Would be nice to sleep + use the heater/ac at the same time. Should be a basic expectation for a hotel room. Shame.

      image Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms have everything you would need, but it just your basic motel. The service and staff were really nice, and when you needed something they would come very quick. Although the location is not the best because its next to a main road, and you can hear the cars outside especially if the loud ones.
