        I stayed here while I had business at the convention center. The hotel overall was very nice and a quick walk to the center. I was especially impressed with the front desk staff before, during, and after my stay. I had an issue with my company booking and the front desk staff made sure it got resolved. Very grateful for their help.

        The service was on par with what one would expect. However, it really stood out because of the friendliness. It wasnt just good service with robotic responses. The staff did a great job of making me feel welcome. A fist bump from the clerk who checked me in, a good luck with your day from the valet as I walked to my destination. It was just .. friendly. Well done!!
