        I got a tray to carry food because I didn't have enough hands for the plates for my kids and I. I was informed that breakfast is complimentary so if we need that much food then we should be going somewhere else.

        We were very dissatisfied with this hotel. At the very beginning, it turned out that our reservation was not in the system. Then, after some negotiations, we agreed on a price. The next problem was in the room; for some reason the refrigerator did not work. And in addition, even when it was necessary to make tea, there was no constant hot water in the lobby.

        Nice roomy suite, microwave, couch, TV tray. Like home. Decent breakfast spread. Close to airport. Perfect for me.
