Used to live there ten years ago no apt washer dryer over priced apt too small for that price your risk moving there. Can hear next door too walls arw thin apt like a prison

I lived there for a year, worst apartment building ever. The management is awful, the apartments are small and over priced. The one elevator the building had was consistently out of order. The laundry is downstairs and cost money per-load, only took coins since the app never worked.

Youll either love it or hate it. I liked it at first, but then everything started to become worse. They scheme you. We moved here for about $1,600 a month. They eventually changed rent down to $1,200 and we are still paying $1,600. Its listed but heres a reminder , no dish washer , no thermostat, $2 for every load of laundry downstairs. There are heaters in the walls and ours was broken. There are unit ACs. I understand the wear and tear of things, but it is also broken. Our toilet is also kind of broken. The maintenance guy is the best thing about this place. Management is not. Im more than positive our neighbors were smoking crack or something. The smell would leak into our bathroom. There is a fee for paying for your rent online so stick to checks. If you lose your keys that is about $50. These are just a few things I wish I knew before moving here. There are cute little community get togethers, but other than that and how conveniently placed this apartment complex is, I wouldnt recommend being here.
