They Don't Pay contractors for work done on property. I could only imagine how they care for their tenants. They must be in the business of only taking peoples time and hard earned money!

This manager is a nightmare manager. This whole case, and other tenants' cases, should be on Lifetime Movie Network or extreme horror flick. The purpose of my review is to make others aware and to be extremely careful with this property. It is dark. Cascade Mangement enables bad behavior and bad managers. No wonder why they have all these bad reviews if you go to their main website. I resided in this community for 3 and a half years. However, since Cascade Management hired a new property manager, things have taken a turn for the worse. The manager needs a oscar award-winning actress with her Fake-nice personalitywhen HUD and OHCS get involved. she puts on an act. Many people in the community are unhappy with her performance. She lacks empathy and does not care for people with disabilities. Instead of properly fulfilling her responsibilities, she gossips and talks poorly about people whom she doesnt like. She even threatens to call Animal Control if she sees your not walking your dog every 4 hours and she does not even live here. Her behavior around the property is unacceptable. She regularly violates privacy laws. The manager appears to engage in gossip about other tenants' privacy folders and even talks to residence who are non-Cascade employees about tenants, upcoming evictions, etc. for. The manager publicly displays notice of violation, evictions on the tenant's front door for all to see without envelope. The manager often walks around the property, inspecting the outside of tenants apartments looking for reasons to issue violations or even evict tenants for the dumbest things. She has a tendency to verbally threaten eviction without looking at the HUD rules and use violations as a means to intimidate residents. Her behavior can be characterized as using fear as weapon. Many residents walk on eggshells because of her. Some residents are afraid to even go into her office. because she lies out of her mouth. The manager, shows favoritism, and she doesn't care who sees. She also discriminates. The manager claims to manage 16 properties at once, but whenever she rents out an apartment, it's in filthy condition. When the manager's door is closed. You can hear her gossiping, sometimes with a tenant or with the maintenance tech, talking bad about tenants. The manager makes it hell for you when it comes to recertification. She puts strict-unnecessary rules on people who she doesn't like, and easy rules on people who she likes. I am not the only tenant having issues as there is more. When you write up a tenant about something serious, the manager lies and claims that she took action, but really, she didn't. She chooses who she wants to give a violation to. If she likes you, then she will take action. If she doesn't like you, then she won't take action. This is how the manager rolls. Beware of her. I recently turned in a tenant for something serious. I and another witness went into the manager's office to get an update when she saw me. The first thing that the manager said was, Do you think I could take her down? That came out of the manager's mouth. The manager did nothing about my situation. Instead, she cracked a joke. The manager is always bragging about her dark religion and uses to try to intimidate. Her wicked heart shines through. please be careful trying to get into these apartments.
